SOUTH CAUCASUS
Expertise in addressing governance and security challenges in the South Caucasus, with a particular focus on Georgia and Armenia.
EUROPE
Expertise on European security policy challenges including the application of Council of Europe norms, EU accession criteria, NATO and OSCE programming.
MIDDLE EAST & NORTH AFRICA
Expertise on security challenges across the MENA region with a particular emphasis on Libya and Iraq, esp. the Kurdistan Region.
EASTERN EUROPE
Expertise on governance and accountability challenges and programming in Eastern Europe, esp. Ukraine. Expertise on current and past Russian security policy and practices.
ASIA-PACIFIC
Expertise on regional governance challenges, particularly in Afghanistan, Mongolia, Nepal, Indonesia and the Pacific region. Expertise on Central Asian issues, esp. Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan's security challenges.
